How to Write an Email or WhatsApp Message or Whatever

I keep getting these incredibly long-winded emails, WhatsApps or MS-Teams messages that contain waaay too many words and say too little

So if you're going to send me an email or something, please follow these instructions

1. Write your message
2. At the top add: TLDR: <summary/question>
3. Delete what you wrote in step 1.
4. Delete TLDR:

And if you used an LLM during any of the above steps I will know and I will disregard your email the same way you disregarded the requirement to think before you hit send
